Our Teachers

Music Together®® teachers undergo an intensive training through Music Together® LLC and the Princeton Center for Music and Young Children to become registered Music Together teachers. Teachers continue to receive the latest research from the field with ongoing Music Together workshops before the start of each new session. We create a fun, informal, social setting that spurs engagement and supports each child's musical development.

Aimee and Jeremy are married with two children.  They are the founders of the Kaua'i music group called Soulgood Family. Soulgood Family plays around the island at weddings, parties, festivals, and special events. Aimee and Jeremy are passionate about music and the role that it plays in the development of children.  Music Together has been a wonderful vessel for them to share their love of music and movement with young people!

Aimee and Jeremy both provide music education in elementary schools, and have seen the "Music Together" children enter elementary schools having achieved "basic music competance"; the ability to sing in accurate pitch and move with accurate rhythm.

They create a fun, informal, and stimulating Music Together session that spurs engagement while supporting each child's musical development.

Music and children bring me so much joy!  I am so happy to put the two together!

I have a background in hula, and I love to sing with friends, children, and with our band, Soulgood Family.

I play the 'ukulele, piano and various percussion instruments.

I am originally from Olympia, Washington, and have been living on Kaua'i since 2000.

My husband Jeremy and I are thrilled to be offering Music Together here on Kaua'i!

Aloha!

I am grateful to be the music teacher at Kilauea (grades K-6) and Hanalei (grades K-2) Elementary Schools!  I have been teaching music to youngsters since 2010.

I am from Kailua, 'O'ahu, and have been here on Kaua'i since 1995.  I have been influenced by all types of music, and I love to study and teach a diverse array of musical styles.  I love teaching Music Together because the styles of music is varied, interesting, and changes each semester!

My main instruments are guitar, 'ukulele, and percussion.  I love to sing, write songs, and share my love of music.

Aloha!
